I'm not asking anyone to accept that gridlock and rising costs are just how it is now. Most of what actually changes your life happens far below the presidential race, in state legislatures and in the Senate races that are close enough for a few hundred votes to matter. This site is where I lay out, plainly, why I'm backing the candidates I am.

I have lost loved ones due to the inhumane program cuts of republican rule. I'm not the only one.
While my rights and opportunities are under attack, others have it worse.
I'd rather speak up as an imperfect ally than stay silent any longer. (Read Bad Feminist!) But I shouldn't be the first or only voice you hear.
Let's do what we can to uplift and protect the most deserving voices.
